Every Kr8ink canvas order is shipped with tracking at no additional cost. Since we have a globally distributed production network, most orders are manufactured close to you, which helps speed up delivery and improve reliability.

📆 Processing & Production Time
  • We average 2–7 business days to produce (print + prepare) your canvas after the order is placed, depending on location, product type, and demand peaks.

  • Handling time is included in our delivery estimates.

  • Note: During high-volume seasons or promotional periods, production may take a bit longer than usual.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times (From Date of Purchase)

From the day of purchase (including handling time):

  • US & Canada: 7–10 business days

  • Continental US, Alaska & Hawaii: 10–14 business days

  • UK: 7–10 business days

  • Australia: 7–10 business days

  • EU: 10–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: Up to 14 business days

🌐 Carriers & Regions

We partner with several top-tier carriers to ensure smooth, global delivery. Some of our shipping partners include FedEx, DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, GLS, Aramex, among others.

📍 Address Accuracy & Change Requests
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; errors could delay or prevent delivery.

  • We may be able to update your shipping address only if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order (before production begins). Once your order enters production/shipping, address changes can no longer be guaranteed.

❌ PO Boxes & Undeliverable Addresses
  • We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical street address for delivery.

  • If a shipping address is incorrect or undeliverable and the package is returned to us, reshipment may incur extra costs.

🔍 Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link and expected delivery window.

  • Sometimes tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours after shipping.

  • If you don’t receive a tracking email within 7 business days after purchase, please check spam/junk folders, or reach out to our support team.

😕 Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items:

  • If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, take clear photos of the damage (artwork, packaging) and send them with your order number via our support form. We will replace the item as soon as possible.

Lost Shipments:

  • If tracking says delivered but you haven’t received your package, allow up to 36 hours (some carriers mark “delivered” early).

  • If still missing, contact the carrier first and get a claim/incident number, then notify us so we can assist you.

⚠️ Additional Notes & Exceptions
  • Holidays, customs, and local shipping conditions may affect delivery times—these are sometimes outside our control.

  • For international orders, import duties or customs clearance may add additional delays—not our responsibility, but we’ll always help where possible.

  • Express or priority shipping options (if available) may reduce transit times; always check during checkout for faster options.
