At Kr8ink, every canvas is made-to-order just for you. Because of this personalized production process, we don’t keep large inventories. Still, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us — so we’ve crafted a fair and transparent returns policy.

✅ Order Cancellations
  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it goes into production.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

📦 Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

Since each canvas is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “change of mind” or incorrect size/color choice. Please check your order carefully before confirming purchase.

However, we do accept returns/exchanges if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The product quality does not meet the description provided.

🖼️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage (front, back, packaging, and shipping box).

  2. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

  3. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

🔄 Exchanges
  • Exchanges are only possible if your item arrives defective or incorrect.

  • We’ll remake and ship the correct item to you once your claim is approved.

💸 Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The wrong address was provided at checkout.

  • The package was refused, unclaimed, or lost due to customer-provided address errors.

  • The request is made after 30 days from the delivery date.

  • The item is not in its original condition (except for damages that occurred during delivery).
