At Kr8ink Shop, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return or exchange an item. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds will be accepted, as well as the procedures to follow.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on digital downloads, templates, or any other digital products once the purchase is complete.
  • Physical Products: You may return physical products such as canvas prints, custom merchandise, and other print-on-demand items within 30 days of delivery if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at support@kr8inkshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for physical products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error.
  • No refunds will be issued for digital products, custom orders, or sale items.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@kr8inkshop.com with your order number and details of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Digital products such as templates and downloads.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items.
